Information the form collects

When you submit a service request, Carwana Towing receives the contact, location, vehicle, service, and additional labelled details entered in the form. This may include your name, phone number, email address, pickup location, optional destination, vehicle year, make and model, whether the vehicle is running, the values entered for Label 1, Label 2, and Label 3, preferred contact method, and additional details.

Why the information is collected

The information is used to understand your request, contact you, confirm availability and service details, and coordinate towing or roadside assistance. A form submission does not by itself confirm service or dispatch.

How the request is delivered

The form sends your request through a server-side PHP endpoint on the website's hosting account to the business email address. The website does not intentionally store form submissions in a customer database. Short-lived, one-way identifiers are used to limit abuse without retaining the form contents or raw IP address. The hosting and email providers may process limited technical information while operating and securing their services.

Information you should not submit

Do not submit credit-card numbers, banking information, passwords, Social Security numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the service-request form. The website does not collect payment information.
